A BLANK PAGE IS BOTH TERRIFYING AND EXHILARATING.
It is where every story begins, and as a designer, I consider myself a storyteller. A design is successful when it conveys a narrative, evokes an emotion, entertains us or inspires us—in other words, when it tells a story. So far my own story has taken me to the heart of the fashion industry in New York City, to the art studios of public schools, and to the helm of a boutique that I conceived and launched with my sister. Along the way, there have been many blank pages, and I’ve always enjoyed conceptualizing that first idea and weaving the stories that follow.
Most recently you’ll find me amongst the ultimate storytellers at The Walt Disney Company where I work as a Senior Product Designer in Licensed Accessories.
I live in Orlando with my spouse and our fluffy little dogs named Sprocket and Wembley, who enjoy squeaky toys and warm laundry. I enjoy crafting, cycling, excursions to WDW, time with family, and, of course, a good story.
